Having flexibility is important in a business. Without this we couldn’t adapt to new situations. Like is someone is gone, we would need to adapt to a new plan for the day. We would also have to change how we work and how much we get done. The group might need to pull the weight of the absent member. Also if somebody is gone that doesn’t mean that we should just give up and stop working. Another thing we might have to adapt to is our placement. If we are lower we need to get good work done and if we are higher we need to stay ahead. Overall flexibility is important to any and all workplaces.

Competition is a huge part of this workplace. There are many groups that rival us or are ahead of us, so we need to make sure we come out on top. However we also need competitors otherwise we would have nothing to strive for, nothing to beat. Even if we get ahead of them we still need to keep that lead. My plan to see how each of our competitors are doing and base the work needed done by that. To do that we need to make sure we are always ready to work. Overall competition is a good and bad thing for our business.

With an upcoming presentation of the fishbone process i feel it would be important to write about presentations. If done right they can sway the opinion of many people. This presentation should also hopefully help us prepare for presenting a pitch. Without a good presentation a great idea could never work. Also our presentation about the fishbone process is also a great time to see other people present and learn from their victories or mistakes. Presentations are also important in presenting who you are as a company. Depending on how you present someone could have a negative or positive opinion on your company. Overall presentations are important to being successful.

Our group has been working hard however it seems we need to do better. More and more groups are catching up with us and our group needs to come out on top. I think a solution to this would be staying focused. We find ourselves often off task which may be the reason to our low productivity. To keep a more focused i think we should have daily goals like “let’s get this doe today” or “Lets do for blogs each”. Things like this could help us get more work done towards that daily goal. Overall i think that this could fix or problem of low productivity.

This week we have been off to an ok start. We have learned about the fishbone process which i believe will help us greatly later on. We have completed the project with a full diagram. We have also run into some problems however. We have received another deduction. We got this because we were talking to other groups. Which was bad on our part to be doing so as we should be focusing  on our own work. Not being social with other groups. Aside from this we have been doing very well and have been getting tons of work done.

The fishbone process is a way to fix problems in the workplace. It has many categories that are places problems could arrive. It a few would be a problem with a person. Maybe they didn’t know how or couldn’t do their job. There is also machine which would be faulty equipment that does not work as it is supposed. These would be things that can be fixed or made better. However there is something you can’t control called environment this would be the weather or temperature. The fishbone process has other categories such as materials, method, and measurement. Overall this is a great process to find missaps in a business to make it better then it was before.

We have begun auditing other peoples posts. It has been relatively easy to find post that need to be audited. However one problem we have come across is people fixing their blogs. If they fix them then they can no longer be audited. We have been working on the spreadsheet and have been making progress. Along with this we have also been making blogs and finishing up activities. we have also gained our place back at the top of the leaderboard. I also think we have improved on our teamwork since our last hiccup. We have gotten it together and done better then we have before.

Entrepreneurship is all about starting a business. The process starts with a problem, a problem that needs to be solved in a new or better way make sure it disrupts the market you want to sell in.. Then comes an idea, or a solution to the problem. Then survey this idea to see if people actually care. If they do think your product would be useful then the next step is designing a prototype, this period could be trial and error until something works. After this getting funds is important like a GoFundMe. After you have the money the next step is organizing and creating a business. Overall the entrepreneurial process is all about beginning a business that will thrive

Our team has been working well to get our work done we may have had some mishaps however we have been getting things done. We have completed the activities with time to spare to do some blogs. Doing this we have noticed ourselves constantly doing well. However we did have our first deduction of 500 dollars. This was a setback however we still we doing relatively well as a group. The work has been split pretty evenly and everybody has participated in the projects. Our work has done what we need to do to stay successful and is working hard to regain the amount lost in the deduction. Overall our group is doing well and working nicely together.

Today our team had some struggles we found it difficult to get on task and an accident destroyed our work. I think that today we could’ve done a better job at teamwork. Had we just sat down and got to work we may  not have been distracted enough to allow an accident to happen. However after the accident we pulled it together and got the work done. We cleaned up our mess and got straight to work. I would like to improve on our teamwork skills in the future so that we can be more successful. Overall we our group needs to work on teamwork and getting to work quickly.
